I want my buyers to be happy with the items they purchase. If there's any problem please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving feedback. I check items before sending but I am only human and can miss the odd thing now and then.

I post most days but sometimes due to my illness I am unable to post on odd days  it's very rare as I love my job and work hard to please. 

Most of my items are one off. They are for sale elsewhere therefore early purchase is advised.

The items are not on immediate payment but prompt payment is appreciated so I can dispatch quickly. 

If you haven't got the money straight away and don't want to miss out on an item you would like please just let me know. I am willing to wait for payment. Please note items though are only dispatched on payment.

Avon items similar such as underwear must be returned in new sealed condition for hygienic reasons.

I size all the clothing items with the good old fashioned tape measure.

Please ensure the size you are purchasing is the correct size for you. I except returns but items which have been purchased and are returned due to not fitting correctly postage costs will be deducted both ways. We really can't afford to cover these costs due to no fault of own. I hope you understand.

Please note if you want to return an Avon item. These must be returned in new sealed condition for hygiene reasons.

Also I can not expect returns on underwear items again due to hygiene reasons.

Please bear in mind most of my prices include package postage and fees
