Thanks very much for looking at our listing for this Montblanc Meisterstück UNICEF Signature For Good 1145 Platinum Line Classique Fountain Pen, which comes with it's large presentation box (including branded outer), booklet and stamped service guide - confirming first purchase from Montblanc UK on 14th March 2014.

The Montblanc and UNICEF collaboration is one that stretches back to 2004 and this pen is from the Signature for Good 2013 collection. A brick design adorns the top of the cap, which represents the effort to improve access to quality education, including building new schools - brick by brick. Adorning the top of the cap is a sapphire, the symbol of the partnership with UNICEF.

This pen was only used carefully and as such is presented in lovely condition. The platinum trim is bright, with the black precious resin exhibiting a deep glow. The pen has an impressive 14k fine nib, which lays down a pleasing yet controlled line. As a Classique you have the option of either cartridges or using the supplied ink converter to fill from bottled ink... the best of both worlds!
