This is a Vintage Handmade Small Fringed Rug. Without the fringe, it measures 16" x 16 1/2", with the fringe it measures 21"L x 16"W. On the back there is a label hand sewn on with a circle stamp and written on words: Kilim Kiokusy, Janouslia, Salamon, this is the best I can make them out to be. There are some numbers, not sure from what country. Fringe is a string like material, that go different directions from storage.
