RETURN POLICY |

- We will accept returns for exchange within 14 days from delivery date. You must obtain an RMA # before sending merchandise back by requesting one through email.
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Items which were damaged during shipping and were not insured might not be exchangeable.
- All returned merchandise must be in original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition.
For all products returned in accordance with this policy we will apply a MINIMUM restocking fee of 25% if no exchange is made . No refunds on auction items.
- Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated)and complete warranty is included with product. We will gladly exchange defective products within 14 days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the manufacturer warranty.
