Retro-Space-Design
Terms of Sales
1. Description :
« Retro-Space-Design » specializes in the sale of art and decoration of vintage and design objects (occasion and sometimes new)
The ads are made with as much information and photos as possible so as not to mislead the consumer.
2. Purchase :
All orders made at « Retro-Space-Design » must be paid within 7 days, an additional 7 days can be accepted for multi-day auctions. In the absence of payment, a dispute will be opened and you may see your Ebay account blocked (see Ebay rules). In case of recurrence of non-payment, your username will be blocked in the shop of « Retro-Space-Design ».
3. Price :
The sale and delivery prices are in Euro and TVAC.
4. Payement :
Via Paypal – virement bancaire (ING Bank) – transfert IBAN - remise en main propre.
5. Delivery :
All our parcels are dispatched under 24-48h via Bpost Belgium at the reception of the payment. Discount by registered against signature to the address of your account on Ebay. (Please check your address, no complaints will be accepted)
Possibility of sending with other services at your request.

6. Colis :
All our parcels are packed with the greatest care with maximum protection (bubbles - foams - double cartons ...)
7. Return:
Return of goods are accepted within 14 days upon receipt, these must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition as you have received, the referrals must be registered against signature (referral fee) the goods will be checked to assess the level of refund (under a maximum of 30 days)
8. Guarantee :
« Retro-Space-Design » sells mainly second-hand objects, so no guarantees will apply. However, if an object does not conform to the description, a return of it will be accepted (see point 7)
