Goods in stock can be picked up after an appointment has been made (please find out more before purchasing).
At your request, we will deliver to your place of residence or any other location of your choice. In this case, we will commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. The dispatch takes place in the original packaging through a forwarding agent and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and the customer's telephone availability, in rare cases up to 2 weeks). Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (the shipping time takes approx. 1 week longer), however, the shipping costs will be higher. Please find out more information before purchasing. Orders are delivered to the curb.
We offer a self-pickup service, but the goods can also be delivered at the customer's request. You can pick up your new product directly from any one of our warehouses. A flat-rate outsourcing fee of £0.00 will be charged.
After placing the order, you will receive an email notification. You, then, only pay 15% of the full amount, since this is not a mass product.
The outstanding balance is either transferred before the goods are shipped (you will receive an information email in advance before the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (in this case the customer pays the 5% cash on delivery fee of at least 45.00 GBP) or you pay the remaining amount directly in our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
