- We are open on Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. We are closed on Weekends and Major Holidays. We answer our e-mails in the order in which they are received, so please be patient. Your correspondence is very important to us.
- How do we calculate our Shipping & Handling costs?
- We feel that our shipping & handling fees are some of the lowest you'll find on eBay for such a high level of service. - Above and beyond what is said above, you may have to check with your local post office. They sometimes hold items for customs and VAT taxes due. If you would like to know the status of your package, please go to your local post office with the customs information and ask where your package is.
- Can you mark the item gift (with a lower actual price, etc.) on the customs form?
- We understand that you'd like to save on customs fees and VAT taxes. Please realize, however, that falsifying customs forms is a Federal offense here in the United States. We will NOT falsify forms of this kind. We ship 50-100 packages a day on average, and have been for 8 years. The risk to our integrity and losing our business license is too high a price to pay. Below is information from the U.S. Government dealing with fines:
