Please call the toll free phone number provided on your  receipt. Our customer service team will provide you with  your Return Authorization Number and return address within a  few business days. Returned products must be in the original  package and in new and unused condition.

1. All refused packages will be accepted back in stock, and  a refund will be processed less 20% restocking fee and  shipping charge within 1-3 business days from the date of  accepting the package back.

2. If product is being returned because the customer ordered  the wrong part, the merchandise is subject to a 20%  restocking fee.

1. The warranty comes from Western Backup Solutions unless  the item description specifies the manufacturer's warranty.

2. Most items carry a 1-year warranty unless warranty is  specified directly on the specific invoice for that purchase  only. Extended warranty can be purchased at 20% , for 2-year  warranty.
