Is, as it says a tracked service but it does not need a signature.

(You can request a signature if you want that level of service)

One of the features is that we can instruct the post service to leave the parcel in a safe place (that you have told us about) if no one is going to be home to accept the parcel.

If here is no safe place they should take it back to the sorting office and leave you a card as normal.

You then collect or rearrange redelivery.

If, as with Recorded Post, if it’s not collected it will be returned to TZ Trading!

You will then need to send additional postage before it can be reposted.

If additional postage is not sent any refunds will be minus the original postage used.
