The following are the things that I will ask for in the party info request… FAVORS: I will need to know mom’s name and the date of the baby shower. You can also include dad’s name if this is a couples shower and you would like dad’s name included on everything. I will also need to know baby’s name. If the name is unknown then you can put “Baby Boy Smith” or “Jessica’s Baby Girl.” Some items say “Thanks for coming to Jessica’s Baby Shower” and some of the items say just “Jessica’s Baby Shower.” It depends on the items as to what it says, please see the pictures to see what is written. These are automated templates so there is an additional charge if you would like to use other wording. * * *ITEM DESCRIPTIONS* * * ~ Personalized Favor Tags ~ You will receive 2 different options of favor tags. The large size fits 4 favor tags to a page. The small square size fits 12 favor tags to a page. The small white square favor boxes shown in my pictures are available for purchase in my ebay store. It is $4 (including shipping) for 12 boxes. Simple assembly is required and they DO NOT include the printed favor tag. Both say “Thanks for POPPIN’ by…” The popcorn favor tags print 4 per page and fit perfectly on top of a regular or mini bag of microwave popcorn. The popcorn wrapper prints one wrapper per page and wraps completely around the microwave bag of popcorn (kind of like a chocolate bar wrapper). WHAT IS THE PRINTING QUALITY OF THE PDF FILES? The pdf files are all saved at the highest resolution possible. All pdf files will print beautifully from your home or copy centers printers. Of course, the copy center’s professional printers will offer the best printout of your files. DO YOU RECOMMEND PRINTING AT A COPY SHOP OVER PRINTING AT HOME? Printing from your home is definitely the most convenient option. The newer color laser printers for home are great and are really closing the gap in quality between the home printer and professional printer. I highly recommend using laser paper (24# paper)even if you own an ink jet. The paper really makes the difference in the professional appearance of the items. I am a big fan of the professional printers at my local copy center (I use Office Depot, but I’m sure they are all the same). The cost is relatively small. Ink for your home printer usually has a high per page cost. The quality of their color copies is perfect because they have the best color copiers and use laser paper (24#). It saves you the extra cost of having to buy an entire ream of laser paper. The printouts resemble the quality of a magazine page. WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES TO SOME OF THE ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE? I’m really flexible when it comes to the invitation and will do my best to accommodate all wording requests. Other changes do require additional charges. These charges are as follows: border and font color change $3 additional per package, graphic, border and font changes $5 additional per package, text changes to the favors varies (keep in mind there is limited space). WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO USE A DIFFERENT IMAGE THAN THE IMAGE YOU SHOW IN THIS LISTING? I can place any image into my custom templates as a custom order. For custom orders, you will also be able to choose your border and font colors. I do all the personalizing on the templates. I do not send them out blank. They cannot be used for multiple parties. HOW DO I ASSEMBLE THE ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE PERSONALIZED PARTY PRINTABLES PACK? Easy cutting and assembly instructions (where applicable) are included in the Jungle Pink Party Printables Companion Guide. Basically, the majority of the items look the most professional if you use a small piece of tape to attach the wrapper to the item, then wrap it around and seal the seam with a glue stick. DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANY STICKY LABELS FOR THE PACKAGE? No, none of the items are formatted to print on any specific type of sticky labels. You could print onto full sheet sticker paper, but I suggest printing on laser paper (24# paper) and using the method described in the previous question. WILL I NEED TO REMOVE THE ORIGINAL LABELS FROM THE WATER BOTTLES, BUBBLE BOTTLES, ETC? No, if you use laser paper than the paper is thick enough to cover the original label. Copy paper is typically too thin and you will be able to see original label through the copy paper. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE ITEMS PRINTED AT MY LOCAL COPY CENTER. HOW DO I SAVE THE FILES TO BRING TO THE COPY CENTER? If you have a time constraint and cannot wait for the PDF CD to come in the mail then there are 3 options for saving the files: (1) Save the files to a flash drive, (2) Save the files to a CD, (3) Upload the file to most copy centers (try office depot or office max) via their website. To save the files to a CD or flash drive, simply right click on the file from my email and highlight “copy.” Insert a CD or flash drive into your computer. Go to my computer and open the drive of the device you just inserted. Paste the file under that device. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Shipping is included in the cost of the package. All PDF CDs are mailed First Class US Post Office Mail.
