Return Policy

If the item is not suitable for your purpose or you just change your mind, returns are accepted on condition that the item is brand new condintion, unopened in its original packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the original packaging including labels and tags still being attached. Regarding for the faulty item, it has to be unused, unwashed and returned in its original packaging & or tag still attached.

Refunds are given in the form of a store merchandise credit or for an exchange with another item of similar price .

Item must be returned within 7 days after buyer received it.

Quilt cover is exactly the same as duvet cover. It is not a padded quilt. It is just a cover for duvet insert/ padded quilt. The quilt cover provides protection and insulation to a quilted or duvet insert. Usually made of cotton, polyester cotton or silk. They are designed to keep spills, soil, dirt and dust away from the more the delicate inner fabric holding the down filling inside the quilt. There are buttons, snap buttons or zipper at the end to make it easier for you to fill the cover up. Basically quilt cover, duvet cover, comforter cover, doona cover are the same thing. How to find duvet insert in US/Canada : You can buy it from IKEA or ebay seller based in US.

Just put “duvet insert” on ebay US search box, just "duvet" on ebay UK.
