Featured a REAL and ORIGINAL South Vietnamese hand-made wind breaker with hood. This jacket is really in a class or catergory by itself. First of all, it was a CUSTOM-MADE to a US Marine by the name of Jerry. Secondly, it was made to commemorate the VERY first US Marines landing in Da Nang, South Vietnam in 1965. Third, the hand-stiching art work is UNLIKE any other typical VN tour jackets that were made in large massive quantity sold in the markets for souvenirs. Last, it is hooded nylon windbreaker. I tried to show the intricate hand-stitched works as close as possible without distortion on the pictures. Notice the letterings have the borderings around them and details of maps and names of loations.  Size is about a US small but please refer to the measurements shown in the pics for better visualiziation. Lining is from a tan/khaki silk material which may show or look as aging white, but it is not what it looks like.  No tears or repairs. Looks as it was hardly ever worn. No smells, stains and in excellent condition.  Please visit Vietnam-militaria.com for more VN-era rare artifacts.
