             This is a complete package with everything required to start production.

 

This machine has been designed to allow for the 5 Axis Upgrade (the Upgrade to 5 Axis controller and B/C drive is not supplied), offering 300mm of Z stroke allowing the production of large diameter products via a 4^th Axis

 

Based on our Standard 8x4 CNC Machine with the addition of:

1.       Additional 20mm Profile rail and preloaded carriage on X Axis Beam.

2.       New design of Z Axis, as used on our 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machines with 300mm of usable stroke.

3.       Z axis has twin profile rail with x4 light preloaded carriages and fitted with proximity switch.

4.       Adjustable Spindle motor plate for easy adjustment.

Shipping price added during checkout includes Delivery Installation  initial training by Marchant Dice followed by free email and telephone support     

The initial training will take you through the process from creating a 2D design (CAD drawing) through CAM operations (turning it into something the machine can understand and follow by entering tool information/speeds and feeds etc) and finally setting up and carrying out the machining operation/s. It is a very good overview of the entire process with the aim of allowing you to have all the basic skills to be able to start machining by the time we leave. With this overview you also have the skills to then be able to safely experiment further and explore at your own place some more sophisticated elements and benefits of having this machine package. Further machine and software support is then available via email, helpdesk and telephone for the year your machine is warranted over.
