Genuine Epiphone Spare Parts - EDS-1275 Tailpiece - 12 String Chrome

We have recently acquired a large quantity of Gibson & Epiphone spare parts from UK Distributor Rosetti. Until a few years ago, Rosetti were the sole distributor for Gibson & Epiphone in the UK. These brands now sell direct to the trade, but Rosetti had a large quantity of official spares left over. Other than what is listed we cannot order other parts, these are once only deals all with free UK postage.

Note: All parts are official genuine Gibson & Epiphone, although not retail packaged.

We know that once you have made a purchase you will want your item as soon as possible. Most items are dispatched same day if bought before 2pm.

For small parcels we use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post.

For larger items we use DPD 24 Hour Couriers. This is an excellent service whereby a one hour delivery slot is sent to you by text on the day of delivery (mobile number required). We will also provide full tracking details.

We also use UPS and Fed Ex for some international shipments.

Payment can be made by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. If you wish to pay by card please call us on the above number.

We welcome part exchanges on items over £500. We realise that sometimes you need to “move something on” to get your new guitar. We give fair prices and once agreed we stick to them. The only thing we ask is that you accurately describe your guitar. We have plenty of happy customers from our part exchange scheme.

How it works – If you are local, you can simply call in. If you are not local we will assess your guitar and give you a valuation via phone/e-mail (we may ask for pictures). Once the price is agreed, we always stick to it, and your new guitar will be removed from the market so the deal can be concluded.

You can either send us your guitar, or we can use our courier to pick up for a small charge (UK only). Once the guitar is with us and any balance is paid we can dispatch your new guitar.

Goods can be returned - without question - within 14 days of receipt, providing that they are in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Please notify us before returning anything.
