Deliveries

You should expect to receive your delivery not later than 5 working days of you placing your order

Within 72hrs of placing your order you will receive a dispatch notification email from us to state that your product has left our warehouse. If you do not receive this notification inside 72hrs please feel free to give us a call on 01706 559 606 and we will inform you of the status of your order

To make our deliveries we use a variety of nationally recognised external carrier companies.

If you provide us with a valid e-mail address when we book your delivery you will automatically be sent an e-mail with your tracking number for your item.

The courier company will not contact you to arrange the delivery with you. However, it is useful if you provide your telephone number so that if there is a delivery issue (can't find address etc) then they can contact you.

If you haven’t recieved your item from the courier within 2 working days of reciept of your tracking number please contact them using the contact details provided to you in the e-mail and they will help you to track your item. You are of course welcome to contact us if you prefer and we will chase the delivery for you.
