Fast Shipping from New Jersey to 48 continental states in the U.S. including APO/FPO addresses.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Single item will be shipped via USPS First-Class with delivery confirmation.
Multiple-item orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground or USPS Priority decided by the seller. Our responsibility ends when the tracking info states that the item is delivered. We do not take orders over phone and we do not expedite shipments.
RETURNS

- We offer a 36-month replacement warranty for all batteries, and a 36-month replacement warranty for all AC/DC power adapters.
- Buyer must read the item description carefully for compatibility information. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns before placing your order.
- Buyer must contact us first for any problems with the item received. We will either provide technical support or issue RMA authorization/instructions.
- If product is tested defective, we will replace it with a new working item.
- We will accept returns which were shipped as an incorrect item or DOA, BUT please contact us for RMA number first within 15 days upon receipt.
- Buyer may not return the item if you change your mind or have purchased the wrong item.
- Buyer is responsible for any and all return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
