This rod has been well used. The varnish, wraps, intermediates and guides are in good condition.  Though the rod is ready for fishing the ferrule set to the bottom was replaced with a quality set from Golden Witch. The one rod tip is broken and the cork has a little piece missing. Please look at the pictures, they will describe the rod better than I can. I will answer all your questions ASAP.

Shipping to Japan: Xpress 6 business days $90. Part of the high cost is because the total length is 105 cm which is oversized parcel.
