Warranty & Return Policy
 

Each product has a warranty covered by the manufacturer. We will gladly exchange defective products within 30 days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the manufacturer's warranty. Any claim must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. I try my best to keep our customers satisfied, so please be patient and I will gladly help you. I answer more than 100 e-mails daily, please be precise when you ask questions and always have an auction id of the item for my reference.  There will be testing performed on units returned. If any defect is found, a replacement part will be exchanged and shipped immediately under my expense. Please keep the original package for warranty claims.  If you don't get an answer from me within 4 days is because your email filter does not let my messages go thru, please check on your spam filter.
