Please use the Checkout Procedure upon winning/buying item regardless of payment method. If making multiple purchases, please add each item to your basket before making payment, to ensure that you receive any automated shipping discount. If buying from overseas and your version of eBay does not offer this facility, please sign out of eBay and back into the UK version of eBay (www.eBay.co.uk) using your usual login details, where the 'add to basket' option is available.
Same Day Despatch
We normally offer a same day despatch where cleared payment is received before 3pm Monday to Fridays. This does not include public holidays in the UK. Some larger items being shipped by courier require an earlier cleared payment. Please check our listings or shop homepage for any changes to this.
Shipping/Delivery
Items sent to UK addresses are sent using Tracked/Tracked Next Day/Special Delivery or 24/48 hour courier. In many cases the item may be too large for a type letterbox or may need a signature. If no-one is available to receive/sign for the delivery, it may be left in a specified safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, the item will be taken to a local depot or post-office awaiting collection. Most of our UK delivery services now offer SMS notification of delivery; you should receive a SMS on the morning of delivery and another one delivery has been attempted/made. If you wish to receive this service, make sure you have specified a valid mobile number in your eBay account.
International sales will be sent by Standard Airmail, International Signed For (ISF) or Royal Mail Airsure. Where ISF has been selected, we will upgrade to Airsure wherever possible at no additional cost. Standard Airmail DOES NOT include any tracking. International Signed For is available to all international destinations, provides limited online tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Airsure offers an express service with full online tracking, but is only available to the following countries:- Andorra, Austria, Australia, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India (only Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA
Missing Items
In the event of an item not being received, a claim cannot be made until 15 working days (three weeks) after the item has been despatched (UK) or 25 working days (5 weeks) for overseas items. All claims are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions and their decision is final. Whilst we are happy to undertake any claims on your behalf, please be aware that the claim process can take several weeks.
Returns
We recommend you retain all packaging until you have used/tested the item. If your item appears to be defective, please contact us immediately, providing further details and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Faulty Skylanders figures are dealt with directly by Activision who will send a replacement wherever possible. If you have purchased an item in error or simply wish to change your mind, we will gladly refund the original purchase price (but not the P+P charge), as long as the item can be returned new and sealed and resold again as new. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items and/or use the eBay managed returns service.
