o     Delivery: Once your purchase has been made and payment received, your item will be dispatched using the nominated carriage provider. All estimated and guaranteed delivery times are the promise of the courier. Items damaged in the post, lost via transit or delayed in delivery is the fault of the courier company and not ours. Please always bare this in mind when making any judgements about our services.

o     Commitment to Buy: Once a customer commits to buy an item from us, we will reserve the item for no more than 7 days. After the 7 days, if no payment has been received and no correspondence has been made with the buyer, the item will be relisted for sale to other customers. For any reason you decide not to purchase the item after committing to buy, please send us a message and we will cancel the transaction.
