Payment must be received within four (4) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after four (4) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within four days before submitting payment.
Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving an order (subject to stock availability). Orders received before 10am (UK time) between Monday to Friday, to be shipped the same day (Same day dispatched only applies to items that are in stock and less than 1kg in weight and no greater than 45cm X 35cm X 8cm in size).
Items that are sent direct from our supplier, or large or heavy items will be sent separately. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Next day delivery is only available to mainland UK.
Please note that any orders shipped outside European are subject to duties, taxes and other fees. The buyer is responsible for all taxes in addition to the shipping and handling fees. Fees/Taxes are determined by customs officials and may vary in each country, please contact your local authorities.

In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully and check the measurements before purchasing.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition.
3. Item must have our security tag still attached.
4. Item must be returned with the original invoice included.
5. Return shipment must be made within 30 days of original purchase delivery.
Please note that the shipping and return fees are non refundable unless the item is not as described and refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the return. Returns for the auction items will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover the payment processing fees and resale inspection.
If the item is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the return. These items will be returned to the customer.
