 HOUSES ARE CONSTRUCTED ENTIRELY OF CEDAR WOOD.

I BUILT THESE HOUSES FOR EASY CLEANING. REMOVING A SCREW ON THE FRONT ALLOWS THE BOTTOM TO SWING DOWN TO REMOVE THE OLD NEST.

My practice is to ship on Tuesdays & Thursdays after receiving payment.
In most cases we offer a choice of USPS First Class or Parcel Post (depending on size/weight) or Priority Mail shipping. We do also offer Media mail when applicable. Shipping charges include all handling costs and delivery confirmation. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is secure and that it is verified by PayPal. We cannot be responsible for items that do not have a "confirmed" address, to be delivered or not received. All items are carefully packaged and shipped with a USPS "delivery confirmation number". We do combine shipping for multiple item purchases
