All package disputes must be reported within 3 days of receipt. All items returned must be in "New" condition without any damage, with all accessories and manuals, etc. Shipping will NOT be refunded back to the buyer. For all refunds, returns, exchanges and defects, items must be returned to us before we process the return. Buyer must obtain a Tracking number prior to all returns or exchanges. No refunds or exchanges will be processed without a Shipping Tracking Number number. RETURNS WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! Returns are usually processed within 5 days from the time item is received. Returns with missing accessories will incur a 50% re-stock fee, and all packaging must be in its original state with the original box.
