1. Payment is due within 48 hours upon the conclusion of the auction.

2. Items will be shipped within one business day after payment is received. Where possible we ship items the same day payment is received (weekends excluded).

1. We ship worldwide. We do not ship to some countries.  Please see auction listing for a complete list.

2. Buyer is responsible for all overseas shipping charges,customs duties, taxes &/or fees. Please check  duties with your local authorities prior to bidding. 

3. Shipping to BRAZIL is via USPS EXPRESS MAIL ONLY at a flat cost of $50-00.

4.  Shipping charges reflect postage, packing material, handling fee, insurance where applicable, labor & profit.

5. IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS CHARGES are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying

6. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE- Purchased items can take up to 4 weeks or longer to clear customs. We have no control over this. We are also not able to check. Often items clear quickly without delay but in the event of a delay it is out of our control.

2. Winning an auction is a legal committment. Please only bid or buy if you are a serious buyer intent on paying.

3. Please notify me via EBAY messages should you have any queries or issues. We will do our best to accomodate you.

4. We do not warranty watch battery life.  However all watches are checked & shipped with working batteries.

5. Buyers with feedback of 10 (ten) or less need to contact us prior to bidding or there bid(s) may be cancelled.

6. We reserve the right to cancel bids on any of our auctions.

7. We do not provide a warranty on any of the items we sell. Products & items that carry a manufacturer's warranty will be listed accordingly. Not all products we sell carry a manufacturers warranty. Please check auction listings carefully.

8. In the event of a warranty claim occurring, buyers must contact the manufacturer of that product for warranty service.

9. Auctions may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to auction close.

RETURN POLICY

1. Items must be in original condition when returned. Used, damaged or worn items will not be refunded & returned to customer. All manuals, stickers,tags, booklets, certificates must be returned as well.

2. Item must be returned within 14 days from date of sale. Return authorization must be obtained from seller via e-mail, prior to return.

3. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. This is deducted at time of refund.

4. Buyer pays for return shipping that must include insurance & signature confirmation as proof of return.
