As you can see by our feedback we are very honest sellers. Buying a UTV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this machine out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. However, if you are unable to do so, we guarantee your happiness with this: If you win, get here and find that we have misrepresented it in any way you can walk away without paying a dime and with no fear of bad feedback.

As our feedback shows, we are honest, easy to work with, and easy to reach by phone or email. While we are a dealership, we are a small business owned by real people with real families. UTV:

This is a VERY nice 2011 Arctic Cat Prowler XTX 700 Utility Side by Side. It is a fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4x4, UTV with a fully automatic transmission and Electronic Power Steering! 

The Prowler all starts with its 700 H1 4-Stroke engine w/EFI. The "H" in H1 engines stands for "hemispherical". The engine is built with a Pentroof Hemispherical Combustion Chamber, which provides the power advantages of the hemispherical design plus the efficiency advantages of 4 valves. Wrapping 695cc's of power, and the efficiency, performance, and consistent starting of EFI into one potent engine. It is also backed up with a fully automatic transmission that has high, low, neutral, and reverse. 

Automatic transmissions are simply the easiest way to go. Just put them in gear and hit the throttle. They automatically adjust gear ratio based on engine RPM and load. Your never in the wrong gear to do anything with a CVT (continuously variable transmission). Having the comfort of being able to do whatever you what and not having to worry about what gear your in is something that new riders will appreciate, and at the same time, adds to the enjoyment of everyday riders who can "kick back" and enjoy their ride.

Electronic Power Steering (EPS) delivers a true variable assist system by measuring not only vehicle speed but also steering torque at both the steering wheel and the drive wheels. The electronic control unit measures input forces, resistance, and speed, alerting the motor to deliver turning forces at predetermined levels. Power steering is a pricey option but something no new side x side should be without. Not only does it make it super easy to steer, but it also prevents kickback when trail riding. Unlike some other side x sides on the market, power steering on the 2014 Prowler HDX 700 is not optional equipment; it is standard, as it should be.

This Prowler also has EFI, Electronic Fuel Injection. EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just turn the key, put it in gear, and you're gone.

There is a massive weather-resistant storage area underneath the front hood. This allows you to carry along even more equipment, or anything else you could think of. 

Of course they have electric start and a push button 4x4 system. When the going gets really rough you can also flip a switch and lock the front differential for true all wheel drive action. 

Prowler XTXs have a speedometer with a digital display that shows hours, miles, trip-meter, clock, fuel level, gear selection, diff lock, and 4x4 vs 4x2.

Of course it does come with a clear title.

Condition:

This machine is in amazing condition. It has 772 original miles with 108 hours of engine use on it. It has been well maintained and looked after. To see it in person, you'd think it only had about 200-300 miles on it.  

The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke.

The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. 

The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc.

The wheels are in nice shape and the tires have plenty of life remaining. 

There may be a few very light scratches here and there, but to be honest, we couldn't see any. This machine looks to have never been taken out of a yard. I promise that whoever ends up owning this Prowler will not be disappointed in way shape or form.

Everything on it functions exactly as it should. 

Overall this UTV is in excellent condition, and this is a chance to buy a very nice machine at a great price.

We don't mind if you want to buy one of our units for resale, we know they are good deals. However, we are not a wholesaler and we do have to charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. If you are a licensed powersports dealer that's one thing, otherwise we will have to charge sales tax as outlined below. Please keep this in mind when considering placing bids on our items. If you have any questions or concerns about whether or not you should or shouldn't have to pay sales tax, PLEASE call us before bidding.

Details:

Overall this is a very nice UTV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this UTV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax.   We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this UTV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia)  We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice.

If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use.

We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is.
