Brand new STAR Stainless Steel Zena Swiss Peeler.

There are two models of this peeler. One with a hardened and blued steel blade which is extra sharp, yet requires extra care to prevent it from rusting. It should be hand washed and dried immediately to prevent rusting.
The other model has a stainless steel blade, which is not as sharp, but is dishwasher safe and doesn't rust.

I am selling the FIRST model. The sharper one with the hardened and blued steel blade.

*BLADE MAY RUST. TO BEST PREVENT RUSTING, HAND WASH AND DRY THOROUGHLY, IMMEDIATELY AFTER WASHING.

All of our electronic products are 110v and made for North American usage unless otherwise stated. 

If you wish to use it in a country that uses 220-240v power, you will need to use a transformer which is generally not recommended.

Cellphones, tablets and smartwatches and MP3/4 players are DUAL voltage, and can be used anywhere in the world with a plug adapter (not included)

All items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment (Saturday is NOT a business day).

For priority and express shipping, all orders made before 10am EST, will be shipped out same day. Orders made after 10am will be shipped out on the next business day.

We use USPS or UPS as our shipping carriers. A shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to show up on the carrier's website.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We will only ship to the confirmed PayPal address provided at checkout.
We will not be responsible for any incorrect, insufficient, or otherwise undeliverable address.

For all international orders, any/all applicable VAT/customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS USING EBAY'S GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM: All shipping and import charges are decided by eBay. I have no way of lowering or otherwise changing these costs.
The item will get shipped to eBay's processing warehouse in Kentucky. From there, it will get shipped out to you.

Returns

You have 30 days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item MUST be in the original packaging no matter what the reason for the return is.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
When shipping the item back, make sure it is in proper shipping packaging. Please do not send it back with stickers or markings directly on the manufacturers packaging.
It is your responsibility to get the item back to us. Please keep all shipping receipts and tracking information until we confirm that we have received the item.
According to eBay's policy, the shipping cost will never exceed the amount it cost us to ship to you.

Refunds or Replacements

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.
If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.

Restocking Fee

All of our returns will be subject to a restocking fee which will be stated when you initiate the return, unless the item is defective or not as described.
This fee is to cover our shipping and handling costs.

Overseas Sales

Unfortunately, due to the complications of customs and other fees, we do not accept returns on any purchases made from outside the USA.

We do not dropship! All of our items are owned by us and come directly from our store or warehouse. If a product arrives in an Amazon package, it is because it was shipped from OUR OWN Amazon inventory.
