European and worldwide orders POSTAGE IS COMBINED and they are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (small packets) service. European orders are supposed to take 3 working days but we have found it can take up to 10, so please allow plenty of time.

Delivery times for worldwide orders vary dramatically depending on the country so, again, please allow lots of time and remember that this is out of our control.

Please note that whenever possible we try to minimise unnecessary packaging. This is better for the environment and keeps postage costs down, which means a better deal for you. Each order is individually packaged and in most cases we use envelopes or mailing bags.

All orders are either tracked or sent with proof of postage. Any claims for lost or damaged orders will be investigated by Royal Mail or our couriers.
