Payment

• We accept Paypal on all our items, although Paypal is our preferred method of payment, we also accept cheques and postal orders from UK residents
• If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay by opting for paypal when you checkout and selecting pay by card at the login page. Most major debit and credit cards are accepted
• We would like to be paid within 48 hours of purchase but within 7 days is acceptable
• Paypal is the only option for overseas buyers
• We no longer take card payments over the phone so please do not ask

Shipping

• We ship to all countries in Europe with the exception of Italy
  
• We also ship to the USA, Canada and Australia
  
• Overseas Buyers will be charged postage at a rate inline with Royal Mail's small packet scheme
  
• Items are usually shipped the same day if brought before 2pm. the cut off time for Saturday dispatch is 11am. However, sometimes due to situations beyond our control (snow mainly!) or particularly busy times of the year dispatch could take several days
  
• We ship items 6 days a week, we do not ship on Sundays or UK public holidays
  
• UK items are shipped using Royal Mails 2nd Class small packet rate and will usually be with you within 3 days of shipping although they are frequently faster than this
• First Class Delivery and next day are also available
  
• All UK orders over £20 in value are shipped recorded delivery and so a signature will be required

Returns

• If the item is found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied we will either refund or replace the item at no extra cost to yourself, if you are unlucky enough to have a problem please contact us within 7 days by using the contact seller form and we will do the rest. We try to reply to all emails within 1 working day
  
• If buying a Tshirt and you wish to exchange it for a different size we ask that you first contact us via the contact seller link. Exchanges are allowed but you must pay for the return postage charges yourself.
  
• In addition to the above you also have certain rights under the Distance Selling regulations (DSR). Basically it means that you may return any item for any reason with 14 days of purchasing it. Certain customised and made to order items are excluded from the DSR. You do not have to tell us the reason why you wish to return an item. Items must be returned in an 'as new' condition with any retail packaging intact and suitable for resell.
  
•  Due to the fact that we sell through a varity of websites and channels we do not accept returns without first issuing a DSR number. Please contact us first, via contact seller form, to obtain a DSR number and returns address. You must pay your own postal charges for any items returned under the DSR

Terms & Conditions

• This listing is for a brand new item
  
• We expect to be paid with 48 hours for this item, however you may leave it up to 7 days before you make payment.
  
• If you have not paid with 7 days Ebay's automatic systems will file a non payer buyer claim on our behalf, you then have a further 4 days to pay before a strike is registered against your name
  
• If you are having a problem in paying for any reason please let us know before Ebay's automatic systems kick in and we will do our best to accomodate your situation 
  
• All UK deliveries are insured for your peace of mind.
  
•  In the event of non delivery we must wait 11 working days from dispatch before we are able to claim on the insurance. If you have not recevied your item after one week please feel free to contact us and we will monitor the situation and let you know when we can send out a free replacement.
  
• Please be aware that  for each non delivered item that we claim for, your name and address & item value are added to Royal Mails database of non delivered postal items

• We run on Scottish time which means you will lucky to find anyone there before 10am but you will probably be able to get us upto about 7pm in the summer or about 3pm in the Winter
