In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. ATV:

This ATV is a very nice 2009 Yamaha Grizzly 550 EFI EPS IRS Automatic 4x4 Four Wheel Independent Suspension Utility ATV. 

This ATV is one of the most versatile, well-rounded ATVs on the market. It all starts with the 558cc four-stroke engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). This engine has plenty of power for work or play. No more hard starting in cold weather. No more having to mess around with a choke lever and cable. Just push the start button and go. The engine is backed up by the awesome fully automatic transmission with high range, low range, neutral, reverse and park. 

Automatic transmissions are simply the easiest way to go. Just put them in gear and hit the throttle. They automatically adjust gear ratio based on engine RPM and load. Your never in the wrong gear to do anything with a CVT (continuously variable transmission). Having the comfort of being able to do whatever you what and not having to worry about what gear your in is something that new riders will appreciate, and at the same time, adds to the enjoyment of everyday riders who can "kick back" and enjoy their ride.

One of the biggest and best features of this machine is the Electronic Power Steering (EPS). No more fighting the handlebars at low speeds. Not only does the EPS allow for easier steering, it actually adds a little bit of safety. Have you ever been riding along and caught a tree root or rock with only one front tire and had the handlebars almost ripped out of your hand? The EPS system will absorb virtually all of this tendency in those type of situations. It is truly amazing how much of a value EPS is once your accustomed to using it. Once you ride a machine with EPS, you'll probably never want to go back to anything without it.

Grizzly 550s have Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just turn the key, put it in gear, and you're gone.

When the terrain gets tough it has on-demand 4 wheel drive. Meaning that when you need 4x4 you only have to flip a switch. Because this is the upgraded IRS version it also has a front differential lock for when the going gets really rough.

The four wheel independent suspension is much nicer than the straight rear axle of out-dated ATVs. It makes trail riding very smooth and easy on your back.

It also has a digital speedometer with odometer, trip, and hour meter. Racks on both ends are standard and it has full floor boards instead of pegs. These ATV's are plenty big enough to do anything you want and ride. 

This Grizzly does include a winch. Winches are a great piece of equipment to have because they offer the piece of mind knowing you can get yourself out of any sticky situation you may find yourself in from time to time.

Of course it does come with a clear title.

Condition:

This machine is in great condition. It has 390 Original Miles and 87.5 Hours of run time. It has been well maintained and taken care of. This is a great machine. Don't miss out on this deal.

The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke.

The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. 

The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc.

The wheels are in nice shape and the tires have plenty of life remaining.

The plastics are in great condition with zero cracks or broken plastic. There are some very light scratches here and there with the only real blemish being two scratches on the right front fender. We have provided pictures below to show the front fender scratches below. That way you can see exactly what we are describing to you. Overall, it looks like a well taken care of machine. 

Everything on it functions exactly as it should. 

This ATV is in great condition and runs like it was new. This is the perfect opportunity to get a great machine with all the features you want, at a great price.

We don't mind if you want to buy one of our units for resale, we know they are good deals. However, we are not a wholesaler and we do have to charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. If you are a licensed powersports dealer that's one thing, otherwise we will have to charge sales tax as outlined below. Please keep this in mind when considering placing bids on our items. If you have any questions or concerns about whether or not you should or shouldn't have to pay sales tax, PLEASE call us before bidding. 

Details:

Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax.   We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice.

If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use.

If we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is.

Canadian Bidders:

We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up. Feel free to bid or shoot us an email for more details. We are also OK with this machine being exported anywhere else as long as you are handling the shipping.
