ITEM DESCRIPTION: VERY NICE Antique 1815 Signed Document by James Madison as President,Autograph Signature. This document came from an estate in Hopewell Junction, NY. It is partly-printed and handwritten signed "James Madison" on vellum. President Madison grants Jacob Smith of Zanesville a parcel of land. It is signed at the conclusion by Madison with Paper seal affixed to lower left remains fully intact. Madison's signature is very light but legible. Don't forget to check our other Auctions!
SIZE & CONDITION:This is in overall Excellent condition with some very minor pieces missing from the bottom edges. The size is 8 3/4" x 13 1/2". See photos for accurate look at this item. Please email me any questions or comments. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!!
