The Vibram Five Fingers KMD Sport LS has been designed to appeal to the fitness enthusiast. A stitch free and seamless footbed has been introduced into the model to minimise friction. Hook and loop closure at the heel and instep.

The Vibram Five Fingers KMD Sport LS Men’s Shoe is the newest addition to the fitness line of the Vibram Five Fingers.  It features a 2mm seamless footbed, that gives you more control and stability when twisting or changing directions.  The Vibram speed lacing system assures a custom fit for a wide feet or high insteps and improves stability and support.  The KMD Sport LS also offers additional protective covering on the last two toes, more protection around the heel and over the top of the foot.  The Vibram TC-1 performance rubber outsole provides grip and protection across a range of cross training activities.

Size Guide

To get the best fit for your VibramFiveFingers it is recommended to measure your foot from the back of your heel to the end of your big toe while standing. You will get the most accurate measurement if you are standing with your heel against a wall – stand on a ruler or tape measure and looking over your foot, read the measurement at the end of your longest toe.

The measurements (+/- 2mm) will correlate with the European sizing below.

A good fit is described as when your heel is seated comfortably into the back of the shoe and all of your toes are inside each toe pocket. Your toes should be comfortable and relaxed. There should be a small amount of room at the end of each toe pocket (about 2mm-6mm) to allow for sweating after exercise or when wearing on a hot day. A tight fit where the toes are at the end of the toe pocket should be avoided as this inhibits the natural movement of the toes and feet. 

Vibram Fitting Tips:

With the strap/lace fully open, insert your foot while gradually aligning each toe with the appropriate toe pocket.  It is often best to start with your big toe and work down to the smallest toe, gradually inching forward as each toe finds its place.  Check to make sure one toe is in each pocket.  You want your toes and heel to fit into each pocket comfortably and snugly, and make sure that each toe can extend fully.  If any of your toes are scrunched or curled due to lack of space, you need to go up in size.  Alternately, if you wiggle your toes and they slip out of the toe pockets, you need to go down in size.  For most people, the smallest toe is not used to being separated from the fourth toe and in the first instance may need to be guided into position, but it always does eventually fit.  It may feel unusual for the first few weeks of wear.
