This is an AMAZINGLY beautiful dress by Nataya. This is from their 2013 Spring Collection.  This is a 1920s inspired chiffon dress with so much detail!  It is similar to the ones worn in this era as "day dresses" that were light, pretty and feminine, but not as fancy as the beaded evening dresses.

Color of dress is RUBY RED.

Dress is made of a Red burgandy cotton underlining, and then has a couple gauzy layers of sheer, red chiffon on top of that.  It has an empire waist with the chiffon hanging straight down from that and is very flowey in the skirt area to hide any body imperfections.  It has very romantic, flowey chiffon sleeves that can be worn on or slightly OFF the shoulder for a more seductive look.  It has thin shoulder straps to help hold the dress on, and then also thin elastic in the chiffon.  There is beautiful lace detailing along neckline, ribbon detailing over bust area, and then tiny chiffon Rosettes at center waist and at shoulders.
