  • LAPTOPPARTSFORLESS only ships products within the United States. Our company uses the USPS and FedEx only. All orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday if your payment is received by 3:00 PM EST. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. FedEx does not ship to Post Office boxes or any type of box. We only ship through the postal service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and US Minor Outlying Islands.
  • When placing an order with overnight shipping around our cutoff time please email us to make sure that your order was processed. Overnight orders placed on Friday's are delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is a special service that costs more than regular overnight. If you are interested in Saturday delivery please contact us for a quote.

If we do not get back to you within 24 hours M-F please email us again because we probably did not get the email.
  • Returns
    All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.
    Return for refund:
    Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. On items returned for a refund there will be a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund any shipping charges. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.
    DOA Items:
    If an item is DOA please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. In the event that you receive a defective item we will cover the shipping charges. If you do not wish to exchange the defective item it will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.
    Exchanges:
    An item may only be exchanged for something similar to the item purchased. The buyer would be responsible for all shipping charges and differences in price.
