Shipping/Delivery: 'Will ship worldwide, except to Italy. For international buyers, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. In most cases, the parcel will leave my hands within 12-24 hours. Though it would be nice, I do not have any power over international customs departments, nor USPS domestic delivery services. The actual parcel... I HATE paying for shipping... If you share this sentiment, I feel your pain. In an effort to minimize delivery/shipping costs, this will be placed in a white plastic mailing envelope. Lunch boxes and backpacks arrive fine and unharmed, but sometimes need to be folded to fit properly into the envelope. If this bothers you and you prefer a "pretty parcel", I implore you to select a more expensive method of shipping, in which this item will be boxed.
Feedback: I leave feedback in bulk as often as I can. I've been selling on eBay since 2000; buyer satisfaction and my reputation are of utmost importance to me. In the unlikely event that there is some problem, please send an eBay message; and (this is important) please do not panic if you do not receive a reply within 60 seconds.
