We pack all of our items very carefully. However, occassionally damage can occur in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, then please contact us for a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
Item is unwanted
You can return items up to 14 days after they are delivered to you. They must be returned in the condition they were sent in. Any sealed items which have been opened will be deemed to be used and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
