This battery is an unprotected it is up to the user to make sure this battery isnt over discharged. At 1amp this battery performed very well, it reached 3176mAh which is pretty much what the stated capacity says. The battery also kept good voltage outputs throughout the test
In conclusion, I would rate this battery as excellent. The battery has high capacity and can be used at a high discharge rate of up to 10A. This battery is suitable for many uses, battery packs, power tools, e-cigs etc, but it is not protected to it is important to not let the battery become over discharged.
Many other brands of batteries dont even come close to their stated capacity, if you want a quality battery its best to buy from a seller who have actually tested their own supply of battery for the true capacity of the battery and can show you the results. Never try to charge an over discharged battery. Its worth buying a multimeter to check the battery voltage before attempting a charge. It is up to the user to educate themselves about charging and discharging these batteries. Discharging the battery:
You should try to avoid completely discharging your Li-ion batteries, this is especially important if you are using unprotected batteries. Do not leave a protected or unprotected battery low on charge for long periods of time, Li-ion batteries will very slowly discharge themselves and if left low on charge there is a chance they will become over discharged.
So for best care of your battery its best to give it short shallow charges, this will help maintain the capacity of the battery better and improve the life of the battery.

A low temperature is perfect for Li-ion batteries, so a nice cool place is perfect. Don't leave them in direct sunlight it could be quite dangerous if they get too hot.
