Postage discounts will only be applied automatically when the ADD TO BASKET button was used. We can often send up to 25kg  for just £7.50 (UK Mainland only, and subject to size restrictions) If you think we might be able to pass on postage savings - just email us.

Couriers:

We usually offer three methods of postage; ECONOMY estimated 3-5 working days, and EXPRESS 1-3 day delivery, and NEXT DAY. Where possible, we try to send orders with Courier companies instead of Royal Mail, as they offer better tracking, and service. For economy service, this usually takes the same amount of time, 3-5 working days. For Express service, courier is often faster. Do let us know if you have any specific requirements. Allow extra time for highlands & remote locations. We cannot send courier items to Channel Islands, please contact for details.

Item not received:

Most items are received within 3-5 working days. If you have still not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us, and we will follow it up for you. Claims for non-receipt of items can only be made within 14 working days of placing  your order. After this period, we can no longer accept any claims. In order to process a claim, we will send out a claim form which must be completed and returned within 7 days.

Cancellations & Returns:

Orders can be returned by prior arrangement only, for a full refund less postage, unless otherwise stated. Where we have made a mistake, or the item is faulty, we can pay the return postage too. Certain items cannot be returned for health or safety reasons. Faulty items MUST be returned within 14 days. After this time, we cannot offer any guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel any orders, for any reason, including if we suspect fraudulent activity.
