SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY:

• Please make sure your address you enter via our checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
• Dispatch of goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday. (Excluding National and NSW Public Holidays).
• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
• Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you the day your goods will be dispatched including a tracking number if available.
• In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive.
• We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
• Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 7- 10 business days for it to arrive.
• Mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment if not provided will delay item being shipped.
• Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

Returns Policy

Warranty

• All Items sold by Assassin Dirt Bikes come with 30 Days Warranty, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

• If your product is found to be either damaged or faulty, please email us for a Return within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
• Returns must be received by Assassin Dirt Bikes within 14 calendar days from the date. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from Assassin Dirt Bikes
• You maybe requested to photograph the item(s).
• Copy of original Invoice, or proof of purchase must be provide for all claims.

Returns

• All items purchased from Assassin Dirt Bikes come with a Money Back Guarantee **, this includes original postage BUT NOT the return Postage.
• Item(s) must be 100% as per new and unused ( 10% restocking fee may apply if packing is damaged)
• Customer must contact Assassin Dirt Bikes in writing via email within 7 days of receipt of the item(s)
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
• Copy of original Invoice, or proof of purchase must be provide for all Return claims
