A SUPERB PEACOCK BROOCH IN STERLING SILVER WITH ENAMEL AND MARCASITE DECORATION MADE IN AUSTRIA DURING THE ART DECO PERIOD DATING TO C1920!

This is a superb Art Deco brooch - they really do not get better than this!  The peacock is beautifully designed with stunning blue and green enamel and marcasites as the "eyes" in the peacock.  The brooch is signed 935 for higher than sterling silver and a makers mark of AH.  This is most likely Austrian.  So divine!  The design is absolutely stunning!  It dates to c1920.  I just love this brooch!

The brooch is in excellent condition.  The marcasites are all intact and appear original.  The enamel is in excellent condition with no apparent damage.  It is hallmarked 935 for above sterling silver.  The brooch is 2 3/8 inches (62 mm) long and 30 mm tall.  It weighs 12.6 grams.
