Our art department will prepare your layout and email a proof within 24 hours. Upon your approval, your kit will be shipped within 2 working days.

All of our products are inspected prior to packaging. Please check your package immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event that they have been damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please return it within 7 days for a full refund minus the actual shipping cost. ALL NON-PERSONALIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. The merchandise must be in the exact shrink-wrapped packaging and resellable condition. We will not accept returns that have been damaged, improperly packaged or tampered with.
