• 1939 Licensed Poster Stamps.  The condition of these stamps is hard to tell because I don't know how many are supposed to be in this pack.  I can't unfold the stamps without ripping them, so I am going to explain the best I can.  The page is folded, and the stamps are stuck to each other.  I'm certain it's two layers of stamps because a stamp on one side has one building name and the backside has a different building.  The pictures on each stamp appear to be in great shape, other than that.  The envelope they come in says 54 Licensed Poster Stamps, so since there are 27 stamps on a folded side, that makes all 54 here.  Just stuck. It is up to the buyer to steam them, pry them or whatever it is stamp collectors do to un-stick stamps.

• 1940 Rogers Kellogg Stillson Inc World's Fair Daily Map (Tells you what is going on daily when and where)
• Metal, plastic, reflector that has New York World's Fair on the front.  The metal extended part has a place where you can screw the reflector to a stick.  The back of the reflector has Patented No. 2016333  Arlington N.J. and a company name on it but the whole company name is not visible enough for me read it.   I can see some of it, which is The EME_OID CO, or something like that.
• 1940 American Jubilee reserved section ticket stub (cancelled by ripping) 
• 1940 New York World's Fair Lounge Cars Identification Check ticket stub (not ripped)
• 1940 For Peace and Freedom World's Fair American Jubilee admission tickets.  (12 of them) 3 of them have one ticket missing and one ticket in tact.  9 of them are just the bigger card left but both tickets are missing.
• 1940 N.Y. World's Fair New Railroads on Parade tickets.  3 tickets connected together with perforation.
• 1940 "This is to certify that (name on the card withheld for privacy) has been televised at the Television Demonstration in the Westinghouse Exhibit N.Y. Word's Fair  (this is a card signed by Exhibit Manager)

• 1943 program or flier that has Frank Sinatra as the finale "God Bless America"  The program is titled "I Am An American Day" with Mayor F. H. La Guardia, Chairman.

CONDITION:

Shows age, wear and tear.  Some have rough edges.  Old papers showing discoloration.  Readable condition.  Really nice.

Please keep in mind, packaging is not always free, especially if we are shipping breakable items.  We do the best we can to reuse packaging material when possible, but things like art, glass, and other special items require materials we have to purchase in order to make sure the item is shipped safely.  There are more costs to shipping than the actual postage charged by the carrier.

We break down our shipping and handling fees so you can clearly see why we charge what we do, unless we are offering free shipping.

Shipping fee does NOT include expedited shipping unless noted in the shipping itemization above.  We ship whichever way is the cheapest, which means it may arrive ground, in a few days, instead of in a couple of days.     

DELIVERY TIMES:
We generally ship the next available business day after payment has cleared; however, please allow 24 to 48 hours turn around time if the auction ends on a weekend or if there is a closing.  We CAN NOT guarantee a delivery time from the postal carrier, as we have no control over their services.  We have shipped priority, 2 day, before, and the Post Office took 8 days to deliver! You will be notified with the tracking number and will be able to use that number to track the package online, or you can call the postal carrier to ask questions about the delivery.  If you need help tracking your package, please let us know.

SHIPPING DAMAGES OR LOST PACKAGE:
If your item is damaged by the postal carrier, please follow the claims instructions provided by the postal delivery company's Web site.  In most cases, you will need to start with us, since we have the shipping documents.  It's recommended that you take photos of the damaged goods.   Please contact us if you need to file a claim.

Please read my auction policy all the way through before you bid.   Once you bid, you are stating you understand what I am selling, the condition of the item, the shipping fee and policy, and that this is an estate find and I am not an expert.  I am listing the item and describing it the best I can.

REFUNDS:
You have 24 hours, from the tracking time and date of arrival, to inspect the item to make sure it was accurately described.  If you feel we have misrepresented the item, please contact us to let us know you are not satisfied.  We will compare what you received with the pictures in the listing and issue a full refund if we have made a mistake.

With that said, it is our goal to provide you with the best service we can.  We want you to be happy with items you purchase from Kudzu Jungle. If you feel you have a legitimate reason for asking for a refund, please call and we'll work it out.

FEEDBACK:
Feedback is important to sellers! eBay and Paypal penalize sellers if we have negative feedback. In addition, they take a percentage of our shipping costs. We may have to pay $5.95 at the Post Office for a flat rate shipping fee, but we are not given that entire amount to work with by eBay and PayPal. In fact, we have to take the remainder of the shipping fee out of the price of the item.

In addition, PayPal holds our money for up to 21 days after the item has been delivered. Without your feedback, sellers have to wait for their money.

Please be considerate with the feedback feature implemented by eBay. It may be just an optional looking gadget to you, but to a seller, it can mean success or failure in the eyes of eBay because that is how they judge us. Those feedback counts, stars and even the color of the stars are used by eBay and PayPal to determine if a seller is good enough to get their money, their discounts on listing and shipping fees, and even placement in search results!

I will gladly give you feedback after the transaction has been completed and your package arrives, and you have had time to review the auction item and have contacted me with any problems that need to be worked out.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:

We ship to wherever eBay's Global Ship program ships to.   The invoice system does not allow us to invoice you.  The invoice is sent by eBay, not me, and contains all the fees, such as import duties, taxes, etc., required by your country.

If this item is being listed as free shipping, it excludes free shipping outside of the United States and you are responsible for covering all costs of shipping to your country.

BUSINESS SELLER INFORMATION:

Kudzu Jungle is the name we gave to our online community for Our Little Coffee House. We blog behind the scenes of starting and running a coffee house, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and a homestead in the city.

In the south, we have a pesky vine called kudzu, that grows so fast, it literally covers everything in its path...vehicles, trees, buildings, telephone poles, etc.   It looks like a jungle and so it seemed to be an appropriate name for our online community.

We are on a journey to complete the coffee house and homestead without taking out a bank loan.  One of the ways we raise money is to do estate liquidations and buyouts.

We started our coffee house project in 2008, with planning, and in 2011, we selected the location.   Since 2012, we have been working on the property, getting it ready to open permanently.
