You can return any Buy It Now item within 30 days of receiving it, tags must be intact, in the original clear plastic packet/box and the garment must be unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Please note we do not pay your return postage.

How to return an item

Please return your item by logging it in with the Ebay Returns System .Please obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when you return the item.


When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all refunds to your PayPal account within 14 working days of receiving the item.


Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. 
You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.
