UK SHIPMENT :
Charges are based on courier rate including insurance for up to £50.00. If your
order is more than £50.00, there will be additional fee to cover insurance.
But if your parcel can be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Small Parcel, we will
process a refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT : I send the parcels
through regular Airmail, therefore no tracking number is available, but I
keep my Certificate of Posting.
Royal Mail have their delivery times guidance, but please allow up to 21
WORKING DAYS before you contact us,
as we can't claim to Royal Mail before 21 WORKING DAYS. Then after that we will
try to resolve it.
If you wish to have a tracking number, they can be sent by Airsure / Signed For but with additional charge of £5.50 per parcel (not per item)
Please ask for a quote prior to purchase.
Due to high volume of missing parcels to Italy, we ONLY offer to send parcel by Airsure / Signed For for destination ITALY.
RETURNS : We accept
returns, please return within 7 days after you receive the item(s).
If they are faulty, we can give an exchange (if available) or a full refund.
If item is not faulty, we will refund the cost of the item(s) ONLY.
FEEDBACK : We aim for
positive feedback.
