Please review all pictures of vehicle and condition report below before bidding. Cosmetic defects (if any) are not covered under warranty. If there are and defects or flaws on the vehicle, they will be noted in pictures and described below. All vehicles are sold cosmetically “As Is”.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE APPLY TO ALL OF OUR NEW BIKE AUCTIONS ONLY: After the purchase has been made the vehicle can be shipped or delivered at the customer’s expense. CA Residents MUST pay CA sales tax. Residents of other states will pay applicable sales tax upon DMV registration in your own state. Payment in full must be completed within 7 days of auction end. If you have less than 5 on your feedback you must contact us first to place a bid or your bid will be removed. DO NOT bid on this Auction if you do not plan on purchasing this motorcycle or you are not sure how to pay for it first. Placing a bid enters you into a legal binding contract and failure to complete the transaction if you do win will result in your eBay rights to bid revoked. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 7 days. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the bike must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours, or the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. We accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person. Credit cards and PayPal are only accepted for the $500 deposit. We cannot take either method for the full payment amount.
Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, except on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, money orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering pick up time.
Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, our goal is to have your motorcycle/scooter ready within 2 business days. We will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the vehicle is ready to be shipped.
Title
This vehicle is untitled and sold as new. Upon request, title can be issued only to California residents, buyer pays all registration fees on top of the auction final price. Buyers out of CA will receive the Certificate of Origin and a bill of sale, thus allowing you to register in your state of residence. Residents of other states will pay applicable sales tax upon DMV registration.
ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - This vehicle is equipped with California emissions, so you will be able to title and register it in California.
