MY POLICY: All sales are final.  We will use USPS in most cases.  Please let me know if you do not get regular mail service through the United States Postal Service.  We will use the most economical shipping method as we can.  If you need an item by a certain deadline, we will try to meet your goal date, but we can’t guarantee date of delivery unless you use and pay for Express Mail Overnight Service by the United States Postal Service!  You must have direct home delivery or Po Box Delivery.  Note; if the item isn’t at least attempted to the delivery address provided on your profile (verified or unverified by eBay/PayPal) of the delivery address with this item then the Express Service could be a failure by the USPS standard agreement in the method of shipping.  The USPS will verify this failure or attempt and if qualified then will refund me on the cost of the shipping only.  NOTE; this does not constitute a refusal or refund on your part.  Each situation is different.  You must still accept the item even if it misses the delivery date that was offered by the USPS Express Mail Service if used.  I will attempt to get all orders out within 1-3 business days in most cases after the payment has been made in full and has cleared and has been fully received & cleared/deposited on my end.
