Shipping time frame:

Items are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days of cleared payment

I give shipping options ranging from SLOWEST-Parcel Post to FASTEST-Express and some inbetween. If you purchase the parcel post shipping expect it to be the slowest, if you want it faster purchase a faster option such as priority or express or ups or fedex.. ONLY YOU have the option to pick how fast you want it...

International and Out of lower 48 USA buyers: Same thing applies, YOU have the option to get your items as fast as you want it.

USPS does not garrantee their delivery times, what is stated is only an AVERAGE delivery time frame

There is NO reason that I as a seller should ever be given neutral/negative feedback when an item was shipped out promptly and arrived within time frame listed in auction or close to it.

IF auction has free shipping it is for domestic lower 48 united states only.. All other states there will be an additional surcharge fee that would cover the difference in extra shipping charges.

SHIPPING: There has been alot of issues with the USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope and Small Box lately. The USPS states that these shipping methods are not trackable item and will not even do a review or accept any claims on them. With this being said IF you choose these methods you are waving any liabiltiy of the seller for package once it is shipped out. There is to big of a chance for it to not show up if you so choose. IF I choose to send you a package with this methods I cover it with insurance and if any problems with it I will go through insurance process and once the claim is refunded I will refund your complete payment (there is a 45 day waiting period). To be completely honest, USPS has been horrible lately and there may be a huge switch over to UPS soon!!

FREE shipping is USPS Parcel Post, this is a fairly slow GROUND shipping service. Due to unreliabilities in this service the FREE shipping is ONLY available to those in the lower 48 US States. I'd rather have you get your items in a normal amount of time then have to wait up to 30 DAYS for parcel post ground economy service.

5. For the 1%: No best offer option for a reason, don't email me with ANY offer. Feel free to purchase elsewhere if you think my prices are to high.

6. Return Policy and Procedure:

1.Item must be returned and in exact condition as shipped out in.

2. Transaction cancellation request will be made and buyers must cancel the transaction before any refund will be made.

3. IF transaction is not cancelled there is an additional 10% of total that will be subtracted from refund amount to cover ebay fees i'm chaged since the transaction wasn't canceled.

4. Restock fee of 20% is standard

5. If item is damaged in shipping it is a matter for the shipping insurance and not something that should be returned.

6. If theres a problem that is indisputably my fault there will be no restocking fee.

In review: I have no problem accepting returns if you made a mistake, but I am charged fees by both paypal and ebay for the sale so there is a restocking fee of 20% and if you choose not to cancel the transaction the restocking fee is 30%

Restocking fee may or may NOT cover all of my original shipping costs, if it doesn't you will also have the original shipping charge deducted from any returns.

Restocking fees are charged to offset the packaging,shipping and time costs involved with the sale of an item. If you make sure its what you want or need prior to purchase there is normally never a need to return.

USPS Update: United States Postal Service as of January 27th 2013 has raised prices again on ALL shipping.

Also the Economy Parcel Post has been suspended.

So we are pretty much left with overpriced priority or 1st class if the item is under 13 oz.

International shipping will be OK, but prices have gone up there also.

For inside USA shipping of items over 13oz. prices from USPS are now as high as using UPS or FEDEX.

Please don't complain or give sellers bad feedback because of these higher than last year shipping costs, I do not make any $$ on shipping costs and if anything sometimes lose $$ because we are charged by the auction company a percentage on the sale price and also on the shipping costs..

USPS Economy (Parcel Post) is no longer a online shipping option. Therefore each parcel post item can only be shipping at a Postal Office. I have removed all Parcel Post shipping options from my auctions, but will use it based on a the best priced option. i.e. bigger items may be significantly cheaper threw USPS Parcel Select so I'd be willing to spend time/gas going to post office to ship an item. Word is that it may be an online option once again in a few months, but until then we got screwed by ebay and usps on this one..
Auctions for item listed as "FOR PARTS NOT WORKING": These items are sold AS IS, they were not able to be tested or have Damage, Repairs, More then normal wear. These are Sold EXACTLY as pictured and AS IS, NO Returns or Refunds.. They are priced at CLOSEOUT and DISCOUNTED for someone to use as parts.. They are NOT expressed as perfectly good working parts!.

Ebay Compatibility system and doesn't work properly, so the ONLY vehicle listed will be the exact year/make/model the parts came from.. Use dealers, online parts number searches or if all else fails ask me and I can look up part number and let you know if they match another year/make/model.. Fitment is fairly easy to confirm when comparing the part numbers given on a specific part between the unit it came from and the unit you want to use it one.

Items purchased 11/19/14 through 11/27/14 will NOT be shipped out until 11/28/14.
