We onle accept Paypal,because it is more convenient and safe for everyone.
1. We only accept payment via paypal. Before payment, please check whether your ebay shipping address is correct. Payment should be received within 4 days, all the unpaid item will be reported to ebay(as we need to get back the fees which I paid to ebay), and u will get a upaid striken.we'll be forced to put the item back up for auction
2. If u don't have a paypal account, u can go to paypal website and use your credit card to register one. Paypal can deal with "E-check, Visa card, Master card, American express card..." money, you can tranfer your credit card money or your bank money to your paypal account, then send the payment to my paypal account. For the tax duty, buyer should pay yourself. |

1. We ship to worldwide. Excludes Shipping to Italy... We will usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.(except holidays), "1-2 days" is handing time not arrival time, please don't misunderstand. Before payment, you must make sure your paypal shipping address is correct. Normally we ship as soon as possible, but we can't promise the actual date you could receive because of the vary speed and policy of local customs ( since shipment are made by third parties) .
2. As we all know that International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs, transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination. Much Appreciate for your understanding on this uncontrollable matter. Strict customs area :Italy, Germany, Austria, canada, Brazil......

3. For Expedited shipping(express shipping), EMS is the default shipping method. If you want to use UPS or DHL, you need to contact me to check whether your address is remote area or not, and check whether Volume weight is heavier than its actual weight, because for remote area address or Volume weight is heavier, you need to pay extra fees..If you want international Express post, please contact us. We are unable to take any responsibtily for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service (except weekends and holidays) |

1. Item returns is valid since you get the item in 14 days, the item should has no damaged or modify, buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee, ebay 12% Final value fees(when you won the item, I paid Final value fees to ebay), and return back the whole package with tags together.
2. We don't accept item returns without reasonable reasons(such as you don't like it, it is not your expected), so before bidding, please make sure the item is your needed, as we don't want to make dispute with buyer.
3. 15-day-warranty from the delivered date. Please send the photo of the item damage area via email, if it is not man-made damage or physical damage, we will replace a new one or We will refund in 100% money! We refund the payment via paypal, the item should be returned in original condition. |
