The SKY RC Universal Balance Board is a high-end balance adapter board allows you to charge Lipo batteries equiped with different type of balance connectors on your one favorite charger. The board support a wide range of balance connectors including: Hyperion/Polyquest, Thunder Power/Flight Power, JST-XH (Align, Turnigy, Rhino, E-Flite, Pulse, etc.), and EH.

We appreciate your business and are committed to provide quality products and services. If you have any problem with your purchase, please contact us for help before leaving unfavorable feedbacks. Below is our general return guidelines:

 

• This product is guaranteed against any natural factory defects or flaws within 30 days of purchase.
• As an authorized dealer, product(s) which include a manufacturer warranty will be covered by the manufacturer.
• Due to the nature of RC Hobbies, any warranty implied or included will not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandled, installation error, incorrect wiring, ect.
• Please contact us for an RMA number before you attempt to return any product. Return without prior approval may be refused.
• Defective item(s) may be returned for a replacement only. Items returned for other reasons will be subjected to a 25% restocking fees.
• All products returned must be completed with all original/retail packaging including all accompanied accessories as delivered to you.

Payment

• We accept payment via PayPal only. eCheck payment must be cleared before order can be processed.
• By law, 8.25% sales tax will be applied for orders shipping within the state of Texas.
• Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

Shipping

• Orders placed by 11 AM CST ship same day Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed Friday after 11 AM, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
• There will be no order processing or shipping during Holidays and store vacation.
• Shipping address cannot be changed once payment is received. Please contact us for alternative option.
• For special orders, some products may ship directly from our distributor at no extra cost to you.

 

International Customers - Please Note:

 

• Standard delivery time is normally 2-3 weeks, however in rare circumstances delivery time can take up to 45+ days due to custom delays.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the shipping carrier  upon delivery – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
