We use reputable courier companies and all items are shipped within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds. Parcels take 3-5 days to be delivered and All our deliveries need to be signed for.
We ship to mainland UK but Post Codes For Islands , Highlands, deliveries to Northern Ireland, IOM, IOW and Channel Islands are subject to a surcharge. We are sorry these areas incur a higher charge: this is purely a courier charge, not our charge.
We ship Internationally using the Ebay Global Shipping Programme. Check with Ebay for participating countries.
RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage will not be refunded.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement including postage. We refund postage up to a maximum equal to the prevailing rate we charge. Customers are advised to use postal methods that allow tracking.
