If we (the sellers) are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 7 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be re-listed at our discretion, and negative feedback will be posted.

DAY SHIPPING POLICY:

you need your item shipped on the same day as your purchase, you
will need to call us by 1:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time at
(425)481-3031 x10. We will do our best to get this shipped out on
the same day. There will be a 10% expediting fee that will be
charged. **This does not apply to Freight Shipments**
SHIPPING DETAILS:
All items will be securely packaged and shipped via the best way possible. Shipping and handling times may vary based on the packing requirements, so please allow up to 3 business days (10 for freight) for handling time. All tracking information is forwarded to the email address associated with your PayPal or eBay account.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
A contact name, phone number and company name are required for shipping purposes; items may not ship unless this is provided.
In the event that the bidder/buyer would like to handle the shipping arrangements, please provide us with your FEDEX or UPS shipping information and account number, but a small handling fee may still apply depending on the size, weight, and value of the item/s.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International shipments are charged a $20 service charge if you do not use the Global Shipping Program. This covers the extra paperwork necessary.
Buyer is responsible for all import/duty taxes and fees.
We can ship using your FedEx or UPS account but there is still a $20 service charge. No DHL.
FREIGHT:
A contact name, phone number and company name are required for shipping purposes; items may not ship unless this is provided.
You will be notified of shipping fees/charges within 5 days after listing ends as we require shipping dimensions before an invoice can be sent.
Items over 150 lbs. will ship via FREIGHT. Pallet or crating fees may apply when required.
If your item is to ship via Freight methods, please let us know if you require home delivery or if a lift-gate is required as additional fees will apply.
If you want to arrange your own transportation, we will provide you with accurate dimensions of the pallet(s). However, we do require that the buyer provide a BILL OF LADING and Shipping Labels sent to us via FAX or email before we can release your item(s).
RETURN POLICY:
14-DAY WARRANTY This product is covered by a 14 day functional warranty. If this product does not perform as it is intended we will refund your money or exchange for a like part if available.
7-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. You should notify us either by phone, fax or email within 7 days of purchase. To expedite the process, please include all eBay item numbers. All returns must include all original undamaged items, in re-sale able condition with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are non-refundable. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return item shipping costs, and possible restocking fee of no more then 10% on a case by case basis.
